The token
$RENT
The token that curates and captures the index.
There is exactly one token. Every city is a market identified by a plain index code — NYC-RENT, PAR-RENT, SIN-RENT — never its own coin. Fee volume, liquidity, staking and governance all concentrate here.

Fee share
A portion of trading fees across every city market flows to $RENT stakers. One token earns from all seven indices, and from every index added after them.

Governance
$RENT holders vote on which cities get added next and on changes to the reference-price methodology. The number the markets settle against is governed, not decreed.

Curation
New cities go through a bonded proposal process. Proposing a listing costs something, so the index list cannot be spammed with markets nobody intends to trade.
